Sa Mudra The Internal Ocean - Linking Asanas with Intelligence
We are born in an ocean of liquids and the body itself is an organism floating in these liquids.
These liquid in the body are there for a reason cause we are moving being, we are made for action and inaction. From every cell to muscles the entire body is floating in a Sea of waves.
Let’s discover the fluid movements through the practice of Asanas. This is a topic which helps teachers and students of Yoga Asanas discover interesting and new ways of linking one yoga pose to another by stabilizing the muscles and strengthening the joint in relation to the poses.
This workshop opens up a network of creative movements which helps strengthen the core muscles and a fun way of using the yoga props.
Like a wave in an ocean rolling to meet the shore, lets rediscover movement from one pose to another by connecting the intelligence of one movement to the other.

Friday 18th of October:
Asana Practise 4:30 - 7 pm
Learn to establish Dynamic balanced postures, focused on the feet as a base of support, exploring springy movements of your feet and legs to strengthen your feet and stabilize your ankle. Working on standing and balancing poses.
Pranayama Session 7:15 - 9:15 pm
In this class students will begin by exploring restorative poses that will open up the chest and the shoulder region to prepare for a mindful Pranayama practice. We will go beyond the fundamentals of the Brahmari Pranayama
Saturday 19th of October:
Asana Practise 10 am -12:30 pm
Explore balanced mobility around your hips by developing muscular flexibility and adaptability in your hip flexors. We will learn multidimensional dynamic stabilization of your hip join. Way to unload and strengthen your knee. Progressive build towards Hanuman asana , visiting other poses such as forward lunges and little back bends to enhance and stability the final pose.
Pranayama Session 1 -3 pm
Looking deeper into the realm of the Breath with Shanmukhi Mudra. We will being this session with a session of restorative posses that will assist in an uninterrupted flow of breath . Thereafter going beyond the fundamentals of Shanmukhi mudra and it's philosophical content.
Acharya Shri Parveen Nair is a uniquely inspiring teacher, he is best known for his ability to help students and teachers embody a spiritual practice of Yoga. He has refined his
methods of teaching in the Advaita Vedanta school of thought. His non-dualistic approach towards Yoga has allowed his students to build an authentic Yoga Practice.

About Acharya Shr Parveen Nair - A Teacher Beyond the Ordinary:
